The lady who handled my check‑in did a great job—room was tidy, everything set up, and the owner even called me to say hi. I couldn't find anything to criticize.

The pools are top‑notch and the outdoor areas are kept tidy. Unfortunately, there’s no room cleaning service or trash pickup, so you have to handle that yourself.

The water park was well organized, but the kitchen area had a bad odor, the cabinets and mini‑fridge weren't working, and overall the cleaning left something stuck to the floor.
