“Zu teuer für ein so schlechtes Zimmer”

The staff were friendly, the pool was clean, breakfast was okay, and the restaurant had a nice view. The rooms were very run down. Room 601’s air conditioner had no cover and blew directly into our faces while sleeping, so we felt ill after the first night (we had to tape the curtain over the unit). The walls were spotted, towels were stuck in cracks, there was only one towel hook that wasn’t even secure, a free outlet was right on the mattress, the glass lamps were broken, the bathroom had a concrete wall under the sink, we had to ask multiple times for fresh towels, the glasses were dirty and had stray hairs, and the price was too high for such a room. There are supposedly renovated rooms, but we were unlucky. A friend in another room had a lot of mold and electrical issues (including the air conditioner) and had to switch rooms in the middle of the night.

“nur wenn ich keine Wahl habe würde ich noch hin gehen”

The restaurant was good. The room amenities, especially the shower, were lacking. Breakfast was not to my liking.

The hotel sits in a central spot, but the rooms are really old and in poor condition.

The location is great and parking is easy, and it’s convenient to walk into the town center, but once you step into the room—at least ours—the building feels neglected with major maintenance issues; the balcony and bathroom doors don’t close, and you have to request a room change specifically in the morning by pressing a button in the room. The breakfast was mediocre and they didn’t replace finished food.

The place has a fantastic location, great views, and a well-equipped room, and the staff were very helpful.
