“Nice place - terrible service.”
The room was clean, spacious enough, came with a kettle, had a good‑size bathroom, and the elevator worked. Breakfast was decent. Check‑in was chaotic: the receptionist didn’t speak German or English, so we couldn’t communicate our arrival. A German staff member finally came from the back and we managed to check in. The same person took our dinner order, but we had to point to the menu items and she copied them onto her tablet, which was very frustrating. No one was around at checkout; we rang the bell and waited. We left the key at the front desk, only after we left did we realize we hadn’t been charged the resort fee. An employee appeared in the parking lot yelling about it, so we returned and paid. The hotel is for sale – I wonder why.
