The place and the service were good. The receptionist was very attentive, and the staff at breakfast were also attentive. However, I didn't like that the room had dirty sheets, and the trays where the cups were placed were dusty. Overall, the room cleaning was terrible.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The staff were super helpful and the free breakfast was amazing too. The shower seemed to be malfunctioning a little bit, so I had to frequently turn it off and on to get hot water.

We booked two rooms; one had a window in the bathroom, and the other had a normal window but an outdated bathroom renovation. As a result, my friend came to wash herself at my place because she couldn't bear using her own bathroom. But the hotel had carpet everywhere and it was almost quiet. The staff hardly spoke English, and there was no water in the rooms.

The location and breakfast menu were good. There was noise and a problem with the shower heating.

We liked the hotel, the full breakfast with many options, and the fruit salad was deliciously rich. They pay attention to details, like providing umbrellas for guests when it rains frequently. We were not disappointed at all; they met our expectations.
