I arrived with a confirmed non‑refundable reservation, but the reception had two ladies who didn’t speak English. With the help of a waiter, they told me the hotel was overbooked and that I had to cancel the reservation myself. They were rude and insisted it wasn’t their fault. I had to call the booking site myself and wait on calls for over an hour to make sure I wouldn’t be charged.

The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was good, and the prices were very reasonable, but the room was small and had no fridge.

The receptionist was extremely rude and didn’t even show me the clock properly; I tried to ask politely if early check‑in was possible, but she gave me a nasty look and told me I was arriving too early.
