The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay, plus a wonderful jacuzzi; the location was great, close to the plaza and just minutes from the Antuco volcano. The breakfast could have been better.

The breakfast in the annex was very good and personal. The room felt a bit tight when two people and luggage were in it.

The bathrooms, crockery, linens, etc. all looked new, very cozy, and it was close enough to walk around the area.

The view and tranquility were nice, but the price was very high and over‑sized considering the facilities; the owner scolded an employee in front of guests, which is not right and not correct.
