Hot water was available. The information provided was inaccurate, it was too dirty, and insects were everywhere.

It’s a scam; no one opened the door for us and we had to leave. The area is bad, with no visible people and only vices and abandoned houses around. Booking should not allow this. We arrived and spent more than half an hour trying to get service, but no one attended to us, so we left because the surroundings only show vices and abandoned houses.

The hotel was close to food spots and transport links, but the beds were in need of replacement and there was no kitchen, so for the price it felt subpar. It might be better to spend a little more elsewhere; the only real advantage was the location, and you should expect to pay a lot for takeout.

The place did its job, though it wasn't very clean; sheets and towels were supplied. The surrounding area felt a bit sketchy and there were odd stains on the walls and couches inside the apartment. The owner was very friendly.
