The reception staff were very welcoming and attentive, but the breakfast wasn’t very good, earning an 8.0/10.

“Нормальный отель, но не более.”

The décor and breakfasts were good, and we eventually resolved a misunderstanding peacefully after a two‑day investigation. I had set aside $500 to pay for rooms but was charged $400. The next day I was told another room was unpaid, even though I clearly remembered paying everything. At checkout they showed me footage of me taking $500 but giving $400, so I ended up paying an extra $100. My mind kept insisting I had paid $500, but the cameras recorded $400 because the front desk messed up again, and they apologized to each other. It happens. The rooms were tired and dirty; walls had stains, there were hair in the bathroom drain, and the bathtub itself was grimy. A cleaning overhaul and cosmetic renovation would make this a great hotel. The staff sometimes take a whole day to respond to messages, citing shift changes, and my pre‑check‑in questions were answered very slowly, so there’s still work to be done.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel! The location was great – it sits right in the city center, and all the main sights are just a stone’s throw away, which is very convenient. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. Special thanks to the staff – everyone was pleasant, attentive, and friendly. Thank you for the hospitality! We’d gladly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfasts were decent, and the room matched the photos exactly, complete with air‑conditioning. The bathroom was spacious, and the staff were friendly. Cleaning happened daily. A great coffee shop and many good cafés are right next to the hotel. However, the room is quite small, and its glass door is semi‑transparent, so hallway noises and light seep in at night. A curtain is provided but it isn’t blackout. Dust piled up on the upper shelves of the wardrobe, so my clothes got dirty when I took them out. There is no window, making the room stuffy, and the air‑conditioner smells damp. The fridge lacks a socket, so I had to pull it out of the wardrobe to turn it on. Hot water temperature fluctuates wildly from warm to cold during showers. The hotel is fairly far from the city center.
