The place itself was pleasant and the staff were really friendly, which made the stay enjoyable. Unfortunately the heating didn’t work – even when I set the heat pump to 30 °C the room stayed cold. Overall decent, but the climate control needs fixing.

We liked the big, nicely decorated room and the bed was comfortable. The pool, however, looked neglected and the breakfast offered very few options. On top of that there was no bottled water in the room, which was a bit annoying.

The hotel is brand‑new, so everything feels clean and the staff are genuinely helpful; the air‑con and Wi‑Fi were fine for my modest needs. The room itself showed some shoddy work – the bathroom sliding door stuck, the door lock felt cheap, and the power sockets were oddly placed, forcing me to use an adapter. The front desk does have adapters for Botswana/South Africa plugs, but they seem to disappear often, so a deposit might be wise.

The property is stunning – brand‑new rooms, super comfy beds and spotless surroundings, plus staff who are friendly and go the extra mile, even packing dinner and breakfast for early‑morning safaris. The pool is just right, and although you need a car to reach it, that wasn’t an issue. I can’t think of any downside.

The hotel has everything you could want – comfortable rooms, good service and nice amenities – but there’s no parking on site, which made getting around a hassle. If you have a car you’ll need to find street parking elsewhere.
