The hotel opened in 2025, so it feels fresh and modern rather than worn out, and the pool was a great spot to relax and read. At check‑in we were told our city tax was already included in the price we’d paid, but when we checked out they claimed it was still owed, so we ended up paying the 24 € again. It was a bit annoying.

I stayed in room 309, and the bath by the patio doors that look out over Porto was a real highlight – one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to. I couldn’t find anything to complain about.

What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and genuine welcome from the hotel team. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. At breakfast, we were welcomed with the same warmth and hospitality. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We truly lacked nothing and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We would also like to give a special thank you to the Front Office team and the Guest Experience Supervisor, who assisted us in the best possible way and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beautifully furnished hotel, excellent location, outstanding service, and personal attention made our experience truly exceptional. To make it even better, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade upon check-in! One thing is certain we will definitely be coming back. An unforgettable stay and a true 10 out of 10!
