“charmantes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück im Herzen Sarajevos”
The location of Hotel ART is simply perfect. The guarded parking with gate is right in front of the hotel. Turning the corner puts you in the old town, and in the opposite direction in the new part of Sarajevo. The room is okay, the lighting could be a bit brighter. The bathroom urgently needs renovation; it does not meet 4‑star standards and feels very outdated. The staff—especially at the reception—are very friendly and competent. Breakfast offers everything you could wish for, from fruit to fresh rolls & bread and very tasty (I assume freshly baked) croissants and muffins. There’s also a nice selection of sausages and cheeses, some vegetables, juices and excellent coffee in all variations. The atmosphere in the in‑house restaurant MAROKKO is unusual for Sarajevo, but beautiful. The bathroom and the worn carpet in the room were disappointing, and the air‑conditioner might need a revision.
“Great location and staff but in desperate need for updates”
The location was perfect, very close to the Old Town and the grand Gazi mosque. The staff at reception and breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful. the rooms and facilities are quite old. We had to change rooms a couple of times due to issues with air conditioning. Breakfast was also the same every day during our five-night stay and could have been better. Overall, the excellent location and amazing staff make it reasonable value for money, although the extra charge for parking was disappointing

Everything was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
A single night was good. Close to the centre of the old town and parking is possible. The air‑conditioner remote was not available. Despite the promised replacement by reception, it never arrived.
