Convenient location. The bathtub was broken and unusable.

We barely had anything to like, so we checked out a few hours after arriving. The linen on the beds was dirty, the air‑conditioning unit made a loud noise, and there was a gap in the balcony door. Chairs on the balcony were broken, and grit or dirt was found in the food. The staff’s response was very poor, and when we pointed out that we had been overcharged for food, their attitude was again unsatisfactory. All outside amenities were unusable; the pool was dirty with broken tiles, and every children’s play area was unsafe and broken. At 7 pm when we checked out, the staff seemed completely uninterested in why we were leaving.

This place is decent, the restaurant is good and the views are beautiful. The hotel isn’t new at all, and the water in the bathroom isn’t hot, but the price is good.

The location is good, the staff are friendly, and the view is beautiful. I also liked the room balcony. The hotel is a little bit old, but that’s fine for me.
