There were cockroaches, and the room was dirty when I arrived, even finding a used sauce bottle in the room and no toilet paper in the bathroom. When I asked at reception, they said they didn’t have any.

The room was huge, which I liked. However, the free breakfast had very limited choices, and if a child is admitted for free, the breakfast should also be free like in any other hotel I've stayed at. They advertised free Wi‑Fi but never gave me the password, and the staff seemed uninterested in what they promised. Another issue was that I had to leave a deposit for the key, the TV remote, and the minisplit—something I had never seen before. When you promise a service, you must deliver it and keep the guest satisfied. The beds were extremely hard, the bathroom door lock didn't work at all, and the main door was poorly secured, so anyone could enter your room without knowing.

Getting here was easy, the place is central and surrounded by supermarkets. The room had a microwave, fridge, and sink. The only downside was that there was no menu or barbecue at the Sunday morning breakfast.
