Breakfast is great and the location is good; the bed broke due to termites, we notified the owner but no action was taken; the shower never changes temperature, arrived very hot, no cold water available, a huge disregard, bad odor coming from the bathroom, no plate or utensils, no cup, the service was awful, and the apartment door wouldn't close.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who are very attentive; it's a great place with delicious coffee and close to the beach.

The location is fine; the air conditioner is broken, the staff are rude, and there were many cockroaches in the room, some even entered my bag and stayed with me, almost killing me.
