It was awful. After touring the room, we turned to the basement and quickly left the accommodation. Everything was messy everywhere, there were mosquitoes, and the bed was so dirty I wouldn’t even put my backpack on it.

Everything is perfect: the vibes, the dorms, the location, and especially the Lebanese food! I can only recommend it. Nothing. Everything is perfect. But be careful—I was supposed to stay 4 days, and I ended up staying 3 weeks…

Fat monkey feels like home in Cambodia. The vibe is chill and laid back, perfect for hanging out, socializing, playing games, enjoying the slow island life, and doing some laptop work at the common area (WiFi is not the best anywhere on the island in general so make sure you have data). It’s only a 3‑minute walk to the quiet beach, Nestival, a short walk to Longset beach and Koh Touch. The best part of this place is the people and the sweet family (and the food 😅). Charbel and Seth, thank you for the memories and for taking care of me for a whole month! See you in my dreams 🥹. Sometimes the water wouldn’t be working but they fix it quickly.
