Every single thing, we absolutely love your beds. We travel a lot but these are the most comfortable beds and bedding ever!! Your staff is amazing, beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, good coffee. Your fresh bread so yummy. Beautiful pool. Not even 1 fault

I loved the room and the overall vibe, and the decorations for my daughter’s birthday were exactly what we wanted, but the bar staff weren’t friendly.

The location for Gatwick airport is excellent, the price is very reasonable, the room is clean with comfy beds, the pool is nice, and the staff are friendly, but the restaurant food was disappointing and the wait time was too long.

The amenities are great and the location is convenient—just a 6‑10 minute drive from the south terminal—and the staff are helpful.

The location was fine, but the building was extremely loud with power drills, and there were no sky sports.
