All the necessary kitchen appliances are available in the shared kitchen, but the many reviews claiming a perfect 10 feel fake and sometimes amusing; a traveler from Belize suggested we be lenient because the host is new and will improve. It feels like a basic workman's lodging, yet the room was fine and the place isn’t a disaster, though the kitchen was quite dirty and there was no toilet paper. I’ll avoid this place in the future.

The host was very helpful and reachable. The single room had everything needed: a bed, a desk, a chair, a mirror, a TV, good Wi‑Fi, and a small wardrobe. The property was clean, and the shared kitchen had plenty of supplies. The bathroom was mostly clean too. The roommates were friendly. The place is easily reachable by bus lines 60 to Urbicher Kreuz and 155 to Kranichfeld, and the location is quite quiet.

The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly well equipped, even with its own kitchenette and terrace. The location was quiet yet well connected, and the host was friendly and easy to reach. Check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly.
