“Ein sehr schönes Hotel”

A very nice hotel with a wonderful beach! The complex is very clean and beautifully furnished. The room was large and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. For the birthday guest the restaurant even arranged a cake and warmly congratulated us at breakfast. The room was also decorated with balloons. All of these extras were free – I think that’s great! Sandals are recommended for the beach. Otherwise the beach was very clean and there were always enough loungers. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and relaxed well.

The staff were friendly and the all‑inclusive package was great, plus the location was very quiet by the beach. The spa was not part of the all‑inclusive deal, and there should be nightly entertainment – the duo singer and the fire dance were nice!

“By the pool”

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed the pool bar – it was so relaxing. The hotel itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants. The room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent with many sweet and salty options. The gym was well equipped. Cleaning could be more precise, especially with the bedsheets and towels (also by the pool); many times the new ones were stained. We didn’t like the food much; the lunch and dinner buffets were repetitive. It would be better to have more local dishes and less international fare.

“A great stay especially for kids.”

A great resort, especially for my 9‑year‑old son who found his paradise. He loved all the kids’ activities. The pool‑bar staff were very accommodating to him and to our whole group of friends. There were more kids’ bikes needed.
