Located in Tainan, PAPO'A Labs is an 8-minute walk from Tainan Railway Station and 8 minutes from Chihkan Towers. The hotel is also within a 10-minute walk of Tainan Confucius Temple. Each air-conditioned room features a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, wardrobe, desk, and private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Dry cleaning and laundry services are available, and luggage storage can be requested at the front desk.

Located on Minzu Road in the Zhongxian District, it’s very accessible. The interior design feels very stylish, and both the lobby and rooms are relaxing and clean; I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tainan. However, the shower water leaks easily onto the glass door, causing puddles on the floor that are a bit dangerous.

The hotel’s design vibe is pretty good, and the dining area feels comfortable with high-quality textures, beautiful lighting, and a great atmosphere that matches the owner’s taste. The room décor is also decent. If parking were offered, it would eliminate the hassle of hunting for a spot. For the cookies, it’s better to pick them up at the room number; otherwise, some people end up with a pile while others get none. There’s no vanity, so makeup is tough with insufficient lighting, and the full‑length mirror is oddly angled—could be positioned better. The toilet paper roll placement is awkward, making it hard to reach without yoga skills. When you open the window, you immediately see another room, which feels odd.

The place is undeniably stylish! Built in 2025/9, it looks clean. The concept includes artistic elements like dialogues with poems, and free morning coffee is a bonus. There were some simple sweets, like salt cake, but they were plain; breakfast itself is absent, so you bring your own. Personally, I liked the bathroom’s chic design. The shampoo and body soap smell like Aesop, which is irresistible for Aesop fans. The seating area isn’t in the room, so it’s more suited for people who want to play outside rather than stay in the room. I almost chose Shangri-La but ended up happy with this one! No major complaints. In May, a guest mistakenly checked into another room, but the staff admitted the mistake and improved the process—great attitude. The only inconvenience is the lack of a nearby YouBike port.
