The hotel is nice and it’s great that dogs are welcome, but the fact that dogs can’t stay in the breakfast room is a problem. It’s initially fine, but if guests aren’t warned that the dog’s presence in the breakfast room is forbidden and only find out at the last moment, that’s poor communication and could become a bigger issue for dog owners. Besides, you have to pay for the dog, which is acceptable, but that isn’t mentioned during booking.

The floor in the room was carpeted, which could be less hygienic than laminate. All hotel parking spots were taken, so we had to park on the street.

The rooms were very spacious. The bathroom was broken with a faulty hand‑shaped fixture, and the sink drain was also defective.

We booked a triple room in advance, or a double room with an extra bed for our son. On the day of arrival, at noon, we received a call asking if we still needed the extra bed and that it would cost €30 per day. We needed it and politely reminded them of our booking and the payment already made for the triple room. After some back and forth, the hotel finally accepted it, but the customer service was still unsatisfactory.
