The hotel was spotless and everything was within a short walk; the staff went above and beyond, being incredibly kind and friendly. The two kids loved the pool, and the heated indoor pool was an added bonus.

I woke up to a great breakfast and the hygiene was solid; the mattress was decent but a bit bouncy, yet the bed itself was pleasantly wide. The room was fine and the hotel vibe was good. The bathroom, however, was tiny and the shower head sprayed water over me instead of downwards, plus it didn’t hang on the rail. The shower felt more like a small closet, there was no hair dryer, and I couldn’t store my toiletry bag. At the pool, there was very little sun in late September.

Absolutely professional. Staff at reception and restaurant were very kind and professional. Food was delicious with a good range of choices. Very clean – the cleaners were meticulous in every detail. I highly recommend this hotel and feel it offers absolute value for the money. Everything was good and very good.

Great place, food excellent, clean, comfortable, lots of staff, all lovely. The surrounding area is a bit grim, but you can get everywhere by bolt.

Hôtel au top, propre, bien équipé, petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel très sympa, merci à Lavish et Trainee qui parlent français et bien sûr à tout le reste du personnel de l'hôtel. Bien situé
