The location is superb for walking around Palermo, the breakfast was good, and Vicky, who prepared it, was in a great mood and very helpful with every question. At night there were mild, annoying low‑level rumbling noises from outside, and searching for a car parking spot on the street can be frustrating; we were even insulted by a self‑claimed parking organiser even though we were already parked in a free white zone.

Breakfast was fantastic, especially the local rocotta cheese and the wide selection of fruits and jams; fresh‑squeezed orange juice was a delight. Vincenzo was an amazing host, a great communicator who responded quickly in English and arranged airport rides. The rooms were large, the bathrooms were modern and clean, and the balcony was spacious with a stunning view of historic architecture up the street. The neighbourhood had fun local bars and was very close to the main strip full of shops, restaurants, and the Opera House. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us handwritten recommendations on a local map, and we loved the restaurant suggestions. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone; my wife and I felt very safe and well cared for.

A very cozy place just steps from everything, clean with good beds, and an excellent breakfast with Vicky handling whatever you need. Communication with Vincenzo was highlighted, always ready to solve any issue that arose. Thanks to everyone for their attentiveness—I recommend it 100 %. No negative comments… it was more than we expected.
