Everything was excellent: the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, and I would never stay anywhere else when visiting Shumen; the property is close to all shops, bars, restaurants, and other attractions you might want to see, so I highly recommend it.

I loved the location, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were super friendly, but the bathrooms feel poorly designed.

The hotel is new, right in the center, clean, with helpful staff, a spacious room, and fast internet, yet there’s a bit of outside noise—just remember it’s in the middle of town.
