The place was clean, brightly lit, and tidy. The beds were comfortable and breakfast offered wonderful choices.

There was a noise coming from the bathroom that seemed electrical, behind the walls. The room's AC was also loud, and both of these significantly disturbed my comfort at night.

“3 night stay was stress free, accommodating and very pleasant.”

Everyone was helpful. Breakfast options covered every taste and requirement. My husband and I are both disabled; I need oxygen 24/7 and he walks with a cane. Our room was great: walk‑in shower, plenty of grab bars, and directly across from the elevator. It exceeded our expectations with 2 TVs, a sofa, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. The bed was very comfortable—not too soft, not too hard. Everything was clean and the carpet looked fairly new. We have to return to the Mayo Clinic at the end of October and I’ve already booked my stay. Nothing else.

“Overall the stay was satisfactory”

We stayed only one night, so it matched what we expected. The remote’s battery had to be replaced because it was hard to change channels.

“We are coming back to the area soon and plan to stay here again.”

We liked the updated bathroom and the staff were extremely pleasant. The continental breakfast was very good, but the ice machine didn’t work.
