This place is close enough to catch early morning sunrises and late evening strolls at a moment’s notice, yet far enough from the main shoreline strip to enjoy a quiet, peaceful night’s sleep. The accommodation was spotless, well‑maintained and spacious. The staff went out of their way to make the stay convenient. Highly recommended; we will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic stay here. The highlight of this property is its prime location – literally a effortless 5 minutes walk to the beach. Being able to step out of the room and have your feet on the sand within minutes without dealing with parking, driving or crowded shuttles made the entire trip stress‑free. I didn’t understand why the owner of this property charges so little for such beautiful and spacious rooms when others charge a bomb for similar rooms.

Unbeatable location, just a 2‑minute walk to Morjim Beach. Comfortable rooms and vibe. The staff is also very friendly. Most recommended for couples and nature lovers.

Best hotel! A large room and bathroom. Spotless cleanliness. Quiet. Wi‑Fi worked great. Even a hair dryer in the bathroom. Cozy small area. The hotel is a little far from the main cafés/restaurants, but that was a plus for me. The beach is a 5‑minute walk. Friendly staff. I recommend it!
