The hotel is great! I’ve stayed here multiple times. The receptionist was smiling and polite, and the check‑in was quick. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of soap and shampoo. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very attentive and ready to help with any question.

People in room 303 are not to be disturbed. The cold water tap and dryer are leaking dirty water; the water tastes like rust. The front desk suggested “to let the water down.” After that, steam settled on the cold bathroom walls and stuck to the floor. The towels were wet, the toilet paper was damp, and the hygiene items were wet. By morning a persistent sour smell appeared.
