The host was lovely, the place was easy to locate, we got free parking, the room was clean and comfortable, and it offered good value; it’s not fancy or upmarket but it had plenty of character and was perfect for our stay.

The location is superb and the price is good; being able to reserve on‑site parking was very handy since Rye was busy that weekend; the room was comfortable with everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing to complain about.
