The property itself was cute and the beds were comfortable and spacious, but it was often unmade. Le Tien could be reached easily on WhatsApp, and the food from a nearby restaurant was tasty, cheap, and clean. The hotel is far away, but the bikes available on request were fun and made getting around easier. The walk to An Bang and the nearby beach was long, and the beach itself was unusable because of a sand wall and construction. We had a problem with one of our air conditioners, which stayed hot for a few nights until Le Tien fixed it. The hotel is unkempt; ladies were sorting rubbish and plastic bottles just outside our window early every morning, waking us up.

Dien was very helpful when my wife needed medication, and she was a friendly person. Her cleaning staff are also lovely. It’s budget accommodation in a good spot, so you get what you pay for; we were very happy with La Belle.

Our family stayed here for 6 nights at the end of our trip as a base for everything nearby. A stones throw away from hidden beach but importantly further away (10-15 min walk) from the crowded part of An Bang beach and the beautuful but packed centre of Hoi An. Rooms spacious and very clean. Grab makes everywhere accessible at a good price. Lots of great eateries nearby. Lovely breakfast, pool is fab and owner is very warm and welcoming!

A nice homestay with a small pool. The room was very spacious and clean. The location is generally good, but there’s a lot of construction and renovation around, so there are several building sites nearby. That doesn’t affect the stay. We had minor issues with nocturnal animals that were having fun on our roofs and it was very loud. The noise suddenly woke us up in the middle of the night. The beach under the hotel is currently (July 2026) not swimmable because the whole area is under renovation and there are excavators and bulldozers on the beach… we had to go to the beach with a shovel 1 km away…
