The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was infested with cockroaches, had old dusty furniture, a dirty bathroom, and even the bedsheets and pillows smelled bad; the towel looked like a doormat, there was no signboard, the lift area was dangerous, and it was very expensive—essentially a waste of money.
