I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the location was close to many eateries, which I enjoyed with a short walk. It was likely 'operator error' as I was exhausted from traveling, but the code gave me some issues at first. I ended up waiting an extra hour right outside the hotel, on the street (it was during the heat warning in Long Beach. very HOT), and troubleshooting with customer service before entering the property much later than I would have liked. I didn't get the rest I was hoping for. But once I discovered the code protocol, I was able to enter at will. I would have appreciated a late check-out, an hour or two free of charge ;)
