I only liked the fact that I could leave after paying for two nights and staying just 40 minutes because the room was disgusting, and the place should shut down – everything was filthy and grimy, looking as if a mechanical workshop had been set up inside.

Nothing. When I arrived at the hotel I had unfortunately had my wallet stolen while traveling to hotel. I had already paid for the hotel but because I didn't have my physical identification I only had a picture of my old identification which had been expired they rejected my stay and would not give me my money back or allow me to stay I ended up sleeping in my car that place in a place I don't know. I think that they had horrible customer service and I think the situation could have been handled differently considering I was traveling by myself and it was not safe for me to be sleeping in my car I will never stay at this hotel and I will make sure that everybody I know does not as well

The service is excellent, the location is close to my workplace, and the staff are very helpful—this place feels like home while I’m in transition to finding permanent housing.
