The service was subpar.

The surroundings were beautiful and impeccably clean, and the hotel itself matched that standard; the staff were friendly and helpful.

The natural setting, the nearby lake, and the location were all great; I have no complaints.

The location was good, but the toilet seat was broken, which is hard to believe given the 50 minutes between my arrival and the cleaning lady’s visit, especially when many other rooms were empty; I don’t understand why I was assigned a room with a faulty toilet.

The environment was pleasant, especially with the lake nearby.
