“The stay was not what I was expecting.”
Parking extra fees are absurd.

The location is fine, but the smell made the carpet feel unclean.

The front desk staff who checked me in was quite competent, but after six years here the hotel feels like it's under new management: the elevator is broken, the AC doesn't work, the on‑site restaurant has declined, the pool looks unsanitary, and the toilet was clogged. We won't be returning.

The hotel met the expectations for a place of its type. No issues.

The place looked nice and our room was clean, but the AC was spotty, the mini fridge didn’t work, and the TV channels were bad.
