“achei o local tranquilo , bom atendimento .”
I liked it, it met my expectations.
The coffee was decent. The bathroom had leftover soap in the dispenser, and one bed sheet was used, with hair and wear marks; it seemed it was only aired out, not changed.
The breakfast was excellent and the service was great. The rooms could use better soundproofing, especially from plane noise.
“foi muito boa, consegui descansar da maneira que eu precisava”
I needed a place with comfort and early check‑in, and Soft Hotel nailed that, letting me check in and out by noon. I would have liked the kitchen to offer more than just breakfast.
The location was fine. The coffee was lacking.
