Great spot at the main square, picture‑perfect like a historical film. The coffee is very good (not everywhere in CZ) and the breakfast is excellent. The décor is very stylish, both in the room and the breakfast area. The parking worked from the start. The construction site in the courtyard, though not very noisy, was still annoying because the scaffolding cut off a lot of daylight, making the room feel a bit claustrophobic.

The staff were very pleasant (especially the receptionist), the room was clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the air‑conditioning worked well at night without humming, and blackout curtains were present; breakfast was modest but inventive, with pastries and tiramisu. The price was fairly high for a hotel that offers little extra, lacking a tea or coffee option in the room, free water, and small items like paper napkins; we also missed a minibar price list and refilling glasses at breakfast.

“Královské ubytování jako na zámku:-)”

The staff were eager to help and flexible with changes, replying quickly to emails. Plenty of scented soap and shower gel were available, both very fragrant. The room was stylish, even featuring a crystal‑decorated chandelier that felt like a castle. Everything was clean, with crisp white linens and a comforter that was neither too thin nor too thick, making me feel like a king. The shower was interesting, adjustable to either overhead water or handheld. Free Wi‑Fi worked well, a hair dryer was provided, and there was plenty of toilet paper. The on‑site restaurant was convenient; my friends enjoyed the food and praised the reasonable price. Hallways were spacious and an elevator was available. The key system was simple: a friendly receptionist handed me a classic key, so there were no issues with chip cards or key safes, although a key safe in the room was a good addition. Paying by card was hassle‑free, and I could settle the bill at the hotel without prepayment. The location was ideal, right on the square, with bus and train stations nearby and a Penny and other shops on the way. Thank you very much! I didn’t notice any problems.

The hotel is a lovely little place in a small town, right on the square, and the breakfast is nice. It would have been nice to have coffee facilities in the room, since breakfast doesn’t start until 9.

The staff were pleasant and kind, and the breakfast was good. The air conditioning didn’t work, there were no towel hooks in the bathroom, and the outdoor lamps cast an unpleasant light. It was also annoying that the bell rang for 15 minutes near the hotel all evening (though the hotel isn’t to blame).
