Nothing positive. The check‑in process was a mess: I didn’t receive the King suite I prepaid for, there was no key card ready, and I had to be let in manually. I was told I would be notified when a key card would be available, but that never happened. When I left for the evening I couldn't find the front desk clerk; I only spotted her outside smoking at ten. I want my room refunded because this is not what I paid for.

The place was tidy and the water pressure worked well, but the pool was closed, the pillows were subpar, and I couldn't get any extra pillows.

The pool was shut and we never got a heads‑up that we’d booked a room at a hotel with a pool; breakfast was just sausage, biscuits, yogurt cups, and apples—none of which fit my diet, and there were no other options. I later learned that the hotel was known as a “crack‑head” spot, and at night I could hear people yelling, laughing, and coughing in the hallway; the night staff seemed indifferent. The only redeeming feature of the room was that the bed was clean and springy, and we had a king bed with four small hard pillows.
