“Decepcionada esperava mais de um hotel 4 estrelas”

The pool area offered a view from the room, and the hotel itself was pretty, pleasant, and had a nice pool, but I expected more for a four‑star property. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable, which hurt my sleep, and the breakfast was the worst I’ve had at a hotel, lacking variety and quality for its category. Overall, it fell short of my expectations, even though the hotel has potential and some positives; many aspects could be improved to match a four‑star standard.

“Para uma escapadela agradável”

Overall, it’s a decent hotel that needs a refresh; the location and city view are amazing, but there’s no control in the spa area—kids jumping into the water, people without headwear, a complete jungle. The breakfast was limited and confusing.

The pool facilities were well available, yet the hotel felt a bit worn and we found a couple of cracked floor tiles in our bathroom.
