I really like the pool and the green area to watch the kids play, excellent service! It doesn't matter at all, but I just think it could use a fresh coat of paint (constructive opinion).

The service was poor; they switched our room and delivered it an hour late, and the air‑conditioning didn’t work properly.

The location was good, but there was no towel rack for the hand towel, the water temperature couldn't be adjusted properly and the pressure was weak, and the shower lacked a showerhead.
