The drain needed proper covering, and the smell was coming out of the floor, especially on the first floor.

I was really pleased with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to its fantastic location near the World Trade Center, which made it easy for me to get around the city. The staff were also incredibly well-behaved and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. The hotel's proximity to the city center and the friendly staff definitely made my stay enjoyable.

My experience at this hotel was generally positive, thanks to the polite and courteous staff. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the hotel was located inside, which wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Despite this, the staff's friendly demeanor made up for it.
