The location was super convenient, right next to the transit station, but the bed was spacious yet quite uncomfortable.

The room was nice and comfortable, but there weren’t enough towels or washcloths, no cooking utensils, no ice machine, no ironing board or iron, and the walls were very thin so we could hear people in other rooms; there was also no breakfast.

The two ladies at the front desk were amazing and helpful, yet when we first checked in the room was fine, only to be handed a room that someone else was already staying in—how could anyone not know? The smell of weed was outrageous, and although checkout is at 11am you have to lock your door because they’ll walk into your room at 9am while you’re sleeping; I will never recommend this place to anyone and probably never stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were okay. The staff was nice and super helpful, especially at check in. Not a lot of amenities but comfortable. Middle of the night a screaming child checked in and screamed for 2 hours and kept me up then was banging at 6am. Gave up and went home because I could not sleep. This should have been addressed. The price brings in what it does though
