Very friendly staff, decent beer, tasty food, and a comfy bar—nice place to hang out in a charming town. The room was a bit small but the bed was comfy and the shower was good.

The place offered good value for money, felt cosy, and the staff were friendly with tasty food, though it sits a bit on the outskirts of Usk and the stairs are quite steep.

The location was quiet, but the foam‑chip pillows were uncomfortable, bathroom fittings kept falling off the wall, windowsills were dirty, the toilet seat moved, and the towels were very old and well‑used.

What an unexpected pleasure! They lived up to their 4 ☆ status. The staff were wonderful, attentive & looked to go the extra mile. A pity it was only 1 night, but a definite return is planned on our list in the future!. Nothing
