Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
I requested a first‑floor room and that was granted; I expected two queens but received a king and a double instead, and I was told at check‑in that the change might have been due to my first‑floor request. The staff were very nice and cheerful. The caulking around the tub could use a touch‑up.

It was good. The breakfast had the basics—eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, yogurt, bagels, etc.—plus coffee, tea, and milk. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and having a good breakfast saves money. No complaints.

We had to ask for fresh towels because nobody came in to change them.

The staff were professional, clean, and friendly, and they spoke English I could understand. The location was quiet and safe, and there was a great selection of TV and a good kitchenette. Everything was very clean, and there was nothing remarkable to complain about.
