The staff were very polite and friendly, the reception team handled every request and spoke all languages, the food was diverse and exceptional, and the central location in Sharm El Sheikh let us do all the tours we could, including the amazing coral reef; I keep coming back because this resort never disappoints, thanks to the wonderful staff ❤️. There's nothing to complain about.

The thing that was great was that the hotel was close to the center and everything; you could walk everywhere. The beds were comfortable. The people who cleaned the rooms were good and caring. We felt really harassed because we were Jewish. The Arabic‑speaking front desk clerk refused to serve us because we were Jewish, didn’t smile or greet us, unlike other customers, and we saw the difference. The air‑conditioning in the room was terrible.
