The staff is friendly and the location is perfect, but the hotel itself is terrible and the food is inedible (discount‑store spinach, burnt pasta, etc.).

The only thing that worked was the location, but the Italian health authority allowing this is a disgrace for the whole country; mold in the room, grime everywhere, cheap supermarket food called all‑inclusive.
