I stayed at the hotel this weekend, located in central Naples, which is very convenient for walking if you don’t have a car. The room was gorgeous and spotless. My family and I had a great time and will definitely return; thanks to Ciro and Antonella, who were always ready to help with any request or question—an indescribable kindness! Naples forever in my heart ❤️

The cleanliness was completely missing. The hair dryer was so dusty it had turned white. There were hairs on a bed and ants roaming around the apartment.
