Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
A localização é ótima e a funcionária da limpeza amanda é nota 10.

The spot is convenient, close to Vila dos Remédios and a corner shop. Since there’s no breakfast, the nearby market is a huge help, and the kitchen is well equipped for a quick coffee. The biggest plus is how clean and comfy the rooms are; the street is dead‑ended so it’s very quiet. Amanda, the cleaning manager, was friendly and kept our room spotless. We loved everything, and it’s our second time staying here. The pre‑check‑in communication is awful—no replies on messages or WhatsApp, which scares first‑time bookers, but once you’re there the place is perfect.

We spent six nights at Pousada Alcacias in room 1, which was roomy, comfy, with a great bed, plenty of storage, and a nice hot shower. The dead‑end street kept noise down, and the terrace was a nice spot after exploring Fernando de Noronha. The shared kitchen had everything needed, and the free coffee was a nice touch. A supermarket right down the street was super convenient. Amanda was often around and took great care of things. We had an AC issue; they acted quickly, even though it was late afternoon, and fixed it so we could sleep comfortably that night. Simon from maintenance also helped a lot. The property is well kept, and contact numbers are available. Breakfast isn’t provided, but we didn’t mind because of the kitchen and nearby supermarket. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would highly recommend this lovely place on Fernando de Noronha.

The place is fully equipped and close to the drinks bar. Amanda is very friendly and helpful, and she went out of her way to assist us; I definitely recommend it.
