The location was good. For the three nights, I had no hot water for showers – it was barely warm. I raised the complaint but nothing was resolved.

Great location in the Spanish Quarter, just a short side street off main Toledo. Quiet and nice room, even though it’s near Toledo. Short walk to both the harbor and the Toledo metro station. Basic but clean, and the bathroom was decent. We appreciated the air conditioning. The host was friendly and communication on WhatsApp was fine. The only downside was a few knots in the bathroom.

A small, tidy apartment in the heart of the Spanish quarter, with solid, large windows that keep out outside noise, and blinds that block out light entirely at night. The local guide instantly gives you the vibe of Naples, and the invitation to a morning breakfast to taste pure Napolitano coffee with ice was a great start to the day. All other communication was smooth and clear.

“A perfect stay in the heart of Naples with a wonderful host and an unbeatable location.”

We stayed at this place close to Via Toledo and it was fantastic. The spot is perfect—Via Toledo is just a short walk away, the metro is easy to reach, there are great restaurants, and all the main sights in Naples are nearby. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the host was incredibly kind and caring. Communication was top‑class, and we really valued the personal touch and helpful suggestions. Highly recommend for anyone heading to Naples!

Everything was great. The owner was very friendly and helped me a lot. The location is excellent. Everything was clean and fully equipped. I will definitely come back.
