The front desk person, an older woman with gray hair, was especially helpful. The suite was beautiful and had all the amenities I would want when traveling or vacationing. Nothing else to note.

The hotel is great, but the location isn’t good; you need a car to get around.

I liked the location. I stayed there two years ago and really liked it. This time it wasn’t clean: there was shaving stubble in the soap dish, and when I walked across the floor to get into the shower I left dirty footprints in the shower. I took the towel you step out of the shower on and rubbed it on the it was dirty.

Breakfast was solid and most of the staff were friendly, but the room service never arrived, and they never cleaned the room or replaced the towels.
