The spot is right where you want to be and the staff are genuinely helpful. Come in winter prepared for the chill, but the cabin itself keeps you warm enough. All in all, a solid place if you pack accordingly.

“Ideal para pasar unos dias en familia”

The cabin looks lovely and has everything a group of four could need, which made our stay comfortable. The white bulbs gave the rooms a rather cold feel – swapping them for warm‑tone lights would improve the vibe. It sits right in the heart of Neltume, but the surrounding roads are pretty rough, so a bit of a bumpy ride to get there.

“Excelente lugar”

We found the place spacious, clean and well‑organized, and the heating held up nicely on the chilly days. The staff were quick to answer any questions and even sent us contacts for Uber, firewood, etc. I’d definitely come back without hesitation.

The hut was roomy enough for two and felt quite cozy, with all the basic furnishings you’d expect. The kitchen works fine and has the necessary dishes, but the cabinets and counters look mismatched and could use a quick refresh.
