The six‑person room was even bigger than expected, with front and back balconies, overall clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the portion was just right; on nice weather days the café offers a stunning mountain view.

Breakfast was great and the view was expansive. The homestay’s entrance is small and the bend makes it dangerous; you have to be very careful of oncoming traffic.

Located about an hour by car on the road to Alishan, the accommodation was very pleasant with a cozy little lounge and excellent breakfast. The house was well protected with mosquito nets, which was normal given the tea plantations around, but still worth noting.
